A converted traditional heavy built Scottish herring drifter, proven to be one of the most seaworthy crafts afloat, the Jane 'R' has been specially adapted for diving to give the utmost control, generous space for equipment, yet small enough to operate safely in close situations associated with diving wrecks and reefs where maneuverabilty is paramount for quick diver recovery, visiting small quays and harbours. Her powerful engine and heavy displacement hull allows her to tackle most sea condition. At 22 metres she is one of the larger vessels offering a stable and spacious diving platform and long-range capability.

Oxygen is carried in case of decompression illness and also carried on board is a wide variety of safety equipment including flares; fire extinguishers; VHF radios;. liferaft; and inflatables.
BELOW DECKS Accommodation spacious with 20 full length berths in seven large cabins which are fitted
with washbasins and heating.
ON DECK A large saloon with comfortable easy seating and a 14 man table is situated behind the easy to use galley where you can enjoy eating or just watch the scenery glide by. Around the stern, a large
shelter-deck, provides cover from the elements while the open fore-deck has generous space for extra equipment associated with tech diving or just sunbathing. A large bottle bench has kit bins and space for everyone and a main engine-driven compressor and bank system, with long whip, makes bottle filling quiet and efficient.
Nitrox and Helium is available, with O2 clean bottles and weights included in all charters. As divers we recognise the benefits of Nitrox and O2 is available for suitably qualified divers wanting to maximise their dives. When using a suitable computer, you really do see and dive the difference.
